Fintech and Crypto Enforcement Actions
Fintech and crypto enforcement actions by US regulators in 2025 and 2026.
The tracker covers the SEC, CFTC, CFPB, FTC, NYDFS and the New York Attorney General. Each record is one action: a settlement, consent order, lawsuit, court judgment or a dismissal the agency announced. It lists what the agency said the company did, the amounts as stated and whether the company admitted the findings. Charges are allegations until a court or agency rules.
Every record comes from the agency’s own press release, litigation release or order, linked under Sources. Actions whose main subject is anti-money-laundering or sanctions compliance, and orders against banks, are outside this tracker.
Source: the agency’s own press release, litigation release, order or complaint, linked on each record. Charges are allegations; a company is not liable unless a court or agency finds it so.
