This policy describes the functions currently enabled on nypresswire.com.
Reading the site and loading media
Your browser makes technical requests to retrieve pages, styles, fonts, and images. Those requests include information needed to return the content, such as an IP address and browser request headers. Hosting and network services can process technical records for delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against abuse.
The site uses Cloudflare for network delivery and security. Article covers, team images, and brand files are served through this site’s media paths. Different image sizes may be returned to suit your screen.
The site’s typefaces are requested from Google Fonts. Loading those resources makes a connection to Google’s font delivery services and sends the technical request information needed for that connection.
Search and browsing
Search sends the words you enter to this site as part of the search request. The query may appear in your browser history and ordinary technical request logs. Avoid entering passwords, account numbers, or other sensitive information into search.
We have not enabled audience analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral advertising tools for this site. Links to sources take you to separate websites; those services have their own privacy practices. We do not control what happens after you follow an external link.
General contact messages
The forms on About and Contact use the same editorial inbox. They collect your name, email address, selected subject, and message so that the inquiry can be reviewed and, where appropriate, answered.
A correction request may include an article link and supporting information. Provide only what is needed to explain the issue. Please do not include passwords, payment credentials, private keys, or identity documents.
Advertising inquiries
The advertising form uses a separate inbox. It collects your name, work email, company or project name, website, product description, placement objective and preference, budget and currency, and intended audience or markets. You may also provide timing, additional links, and comments.
We use these details to understand the proposed placement, discuss its scope, and handle the inquiry. Submitting the form does not create a paid placement or commit either party to a budget or schedule.
Form processing and protection
Messages are stored in the publishing system for the site. Authorized workspace administrators can access them. Technical request information, including IP address and browser information, may be processed or retained with a submission to protect the forms and investigate abuse.
The forms use a hidden field, a signed timing value, and request limits to reduce spam. The publishing system also derives a sender hash, normally from the email address, to identify repeated submissions across sites in its network within a limited period. A message flagged by that check can remain in the inbox for review.
Accepted messages can generate a Telegram notification containing the site, form, submission date, and excerpts from submitted fields. Telegram therefore processes those notification contents under its own service arrangements. The full message remains available in the private publishing-system inbox.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry information for handling the message, related correspondence, and relevant operational records. Retention depends on the purpose of the inquiry and whether the information is still needed; this page does not promise an automatic deletion date.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted through Contact. Explain the request and use the email address associated with the inquiry where possible. We may need enough information to identify the relevant message and verify the request without disclosing it to someone else.
